Refund Policy. At Humanity Calling, we work hard to ensure you have a trouble-free experience. However, we realise that sometimes errors can happen. Under charity law, charities are not permitted to refund donations, other than in specific circumstances. However, where occasions occur when an error or oversight warrants a refund, we offer a 28-day refund policy which begins from the date you make your donation. All refunds will be made in the same form of payment originally used for donating. Note: Under no circumstances are cash donations refunded. We will require you to return your original receipt in order to qualify.
If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and rules and/or specific terms of use appearing on this site relating to specific material then the latter shall prevail.
These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. By using this website, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in England, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website. Use of this website is unauthorised in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.
If any of these conditions are, for any reason, held in a final decision to be unenforceable, illegal or otherwise invalid in any way, that unenforceability, illegality on invalidity will not affect any other provisions, which will continue in full force and effect. These conditions are then to be construed as if that unenforceable, illegal or invalid provision had never been contained in these conditions. The parties shall use reasonable endeavours to agree valid and enforceable terms to replace those unenforceable, illegal or invalid provisions in order to meet, so far as is possible their original intentions.
If these terms and conditions are not accepted in full, the use of this site must be terminated immediately.
